How 9sapp Came to Be
9sapp didn't start in a boardroom somewhere overseas. It grew out of a simple observation: Filipino players deserved better. Better access, better payment options, better support — and a platform that actually understood what it meant to gamble the Filipino way.
For years, local players had been putting up with slow international platforms that charged steep conversion fees, didn't accept GCash, and offered customer service that clearly had no idea where Manila was. The experience was clunky, the payouts took forever, and trust was hard to build.
9sapp was built to change all of that. Starting with a focused game library, instant GCash and PayMaya integrations, and a minimum deposit of just ₱20, the platform was designed to be genuinely accessible — not just technically available. Whether you're a salaried worker in Makati grabbing a quick baccarat session on your lunch break, a student in Cebu trying out slots for the first time, or a long-time bingo fan in Davao who just discovered color games, 9sapp has a seat at the table for you.
"Our goal was simple: bring the energy of a real Filipino casino to every smartphone in the country — without the dress code, the travel, or the minimum buy-in that puts it out of reach for most people."
Today, 9sapp serves over 5 million registered players across the Philippines. We've grown our game catalog to more than 500 titles — live dealer baccarat, JILI slots, fishing games, bingo, color games, and sports betting — all on one platform. But the mission hasn't changed: make great online gaming accessible to every Filipino who wants it, safely and responsibly.
Our Mission
At 9sapp, our mission is straightforward: to give Filipino players a trusted, fun, and fair online gaming experience that respects their budget, their time, and their safety. We believe online gaming should feel like entertainment, not a gamble with your peace of mind.
That means being transparent about how our games work, maintaining strict data security standards, processing withdrawals quickly, and having real people available 24/7 who can actually help — in English that makes sense, with an understanding of local context.
It also means being serious about responsible gaming. 9sapp is committed to providing tools and resources that help players stay in control. We support PAGCOR's responsible gaming advocacy and encourage all players — especially those under 21 — to be aware of the risks associated with gambling. Our platform strictly enforces the 21+ age requirement in line with Philippine gaming regulations.

Regulatory Compliance
9sapp operates under PAGCOR-aligned regulatory standards. Every game on our platform is audited for fairness, and our operations adhere to Philippine gaming laws. Players can bet with confidence knowing the house plays fair.
Instant Local Payments
GCash, Maya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, InstaPay — 9sapp supports all the payment methods Filipinos actually use. Deposits clear in seconds, withdrawals in minutes. No conversion fees, no middlemen, no drama.
World-Class Game Library
From live baccarat and JILI mega jackpot slots to bingo, fishing games, and color games, 9sapp curates titles that match Filipino tastes. We partner only with certified game studios that deliver provably fair outcomes.
Mobile-First Experience
Over 80% of our players come through mobile. That's why 9sapp is built and tested for smartphones first — fast loading on LTE, responsive layout on any screen size, and zero requirement to download a separate app.
24/7 Filipino Support
Our support team is on duty around the clock, every day of the year. Whether it's 3am in Quezon City or Sunday afternoon in Zamboanga, there's always a real person ready to help via live chat — in plain, clear English.
Responsible Gaming First
9sapp takes player welfare seriously. We provide deposit limits, session time reminders, self-exclusion tools, and educational resources — because sustainable fun is better than chasing losses. Play smart, play safe.
What Drives the 9sapp Team
Behind the platform is a team of people who genuinely care about the Filipino gaming community. Engineers, support agents, product designers, and compliance officers — everyone at 9sapp shares a common set of values that shape how we work and how we treat our players.
We believe in transparency — showing players exactly how our games work, what our fees are (or aren't), and what happens to their data. We believe in accessibility — keeping barriers to entry low so that online gaming isn't just for people with big budgets or fancy devices. And we believe in community — because Filipino gaming has always been a social thing, whether it's friends gathering for a mahjong session in Pampanga or neighbors watching a sabong match together in Cebu.
9sapp brings that community energy online. Our live bingo rooms feel like a real perya. Our baccarat tables have chat features so players can share the moment. Our sports section covers PBA, NBA, UFC, and boxing — the events Filipinos actually watch and talk about at work the next morning.
We're proud of what 9sapp has become, and we're even more excited about where it's going. New games, new features, new ways to reward our most loyal players — the platform keeps growing because our players keep trusting us with their time and their peso.
